Ans - Sir, I teach basic computer literacy to people and I have taught for about 2 years in Central Jail Jamshedpur.

Ans - Sir , The current rehabilitation scheme is input based , I would change it to outcome based. Apart from this , I would implement video conferencing system between jails and courts. I would improve the security lapses because of the alleged nexus between the guards and the prisoners , would install more jammers.
Chairman - So, How did you start teaching in Jails?
Ans - Sir , a similar project was going on in Central Jail , Dhanbad, we met the then IG Mr S.K. Burnwal and asked him that we want to start something similar in Central Jail Jamshedpur and he gave a go ahead.

Ans - Sir , I swim
Chairman - In swimming races what body part do we touch while taking a turn at the end of a lap in freestyle and breaststroke
Ans - Sir , In freestyle we touch our feets and in breaststroke we touch our hands.

Ans - Sir , cyber space is a large no. of computers connected by a network.

Ans - Sir , India is already having a agency called CERT , to work on cyber security threat but there is a huge lack of skilled workforce , also people are not aware of the risks , for eg often they switch on bluetooth and leave it open , leaving them vulnerable to cyber attack. Also , we should use Ethical hacking for fixing the vulnerabilities.
M1 - Good that you brought Ethical hacking here , what is Ethical hacking ?
Ans - Sir , Ethical hacking is exploiting the vulnerabilities of the system inorder to fix them.

Ans - Sir , sustainable development is the development for the current generation without compromising on the needs of future generation.

Ans - Sir , we can ensure SD by using clean technologies and by sensitizing people about the effect of their habits on environment.
M1- there are so many petrol vehicles on road and they are ever increaing , what would you do to control it?
Ans - Sir, we should replace petrol vehicles by Electric vehicles. Also , a few countries have passed norms limiting the no. of vehicles on the road, India should also do something similar. Also we should promote use of Mass rapid transport systems , for eg Delhi Metro , it has reduced the traffic problem as well as the carbon footprint to a lot of extent.
M1 - but using electrical vehicles also requires charging , they will take another fuel.
Ans - Sir , innovations are being done and we can use solar energy to charge electric vehicles.
M1 - What about the concrete jungle coming about all around us ?
Ans - Sir , development in the need of the hour , so we can't curtail construction but we should follow norms for eco friendly construction.

Ans - yes sir , we have green building code , mandatory rain water harvesting , 70% open area in colonies.

In India , opium is grown in UP. MP and Rajasthan and there is a limit imposed on its production but there is under reporting and diversion towards drugs. It enters India illegally via Bangladesh from golden triangle.

Ans - Sir through Golden triangle , it goes to North and South America via Pacific route and results into Mexico drug cartel. But I am not sure about the exact route.

Ans - Sir , wheat was destroyed due to unseasonal rains and hailstorms. While other states are paying compemsation if 50% of the crop is destroyed , UP paid compensation even if 25% of the crop is destroyed.
